La Jolla Presbyterian Church is excited to honor senior graduates, class of 2023!
All seniors & their families should have received an email (May 18th, 2023) detailing senior honoring activities at the church.

Hello class of 2023 graduating seniors & families!
La Jolla Presbyterian Church is thrilled to recognize this life milestone as you say goodbye to your current season, and move on to new adventures! My prayer is that LJPC is a community where you know you are loved and can always experience belonging. Our staff wants to let you know about three upcoming opportunities for celebration:
1. Along with their families and friends, seniors are invited to receive a “senior blessing” in both worship services on Sunday, June 11th. We would like to recognize you at both the 8:45AM and 10AM worship services. We would bring you forward at the end of the 845 AM service around 9:40 AM, and then towards the beginning of the 10:00AM service so you would not need to sit through both services. We think it would be good for the whole church to be able to “see” who is graduating. Please let us know you’re coming (email Sophie sophien@ljpres.org by June 5th) as we’d like to include your name and prepare especially for each of you.
2. All seniors are invited to the last high school ministry program of the school year on Monday, June 12th 2023 from 7PM-9PM at SunHouse. Our SunHouse staff, volunteers, and underclassmen students will be acknowledging your life transition, celebrating this special class, and praying a sending prayer at the end of the night. Please let us know you’re coming (email Sophie sophien@ljpres.org by June 5th) as we’d like to prepare especially for each of you.
3. We are looking forward to hearing about where God is leading you next: please fill out the senior questionnaire (click the button below) and return it to Sophie Nicles by June 5th so we can pray for you and keep in touch.
