High School SunHouse
High school is an exciting time of life filled with opportunities! We hope High School SunHouse becomes a place where you discover possibilities are endless while also finding an awesome community to make memories with.
Our Mission Statement:
High School SunHouse will create an environment in which students feel a sense of belonging. As students enter our program they will feel welcome. Through intentional conversations they will become known by our leaders and their peers. Students will belong as they begin to take ownership of ministry activities. God’s Kingdom is for every high school student to experience and we will not hinder any student from experiencing Jesus’s grace and truth.
Our Weekly Program
Every Sunday night, from 7-8:30 pm, we meet at SunHouse to build community. If you're interested in joining us for dinner, come a little earlier at 6:30 pm. We'll play a game or two, talk about life, and just enjoy some time to hangout with one another. When we say talk about life, we'll have a large and small group time to talk about relevant topics for high school students alongside Jesus and biblical teachings.
Winter Camp 2018
We are stoked to head up to Thousand Pines Camp this winter for a weekend away! Life can get hectic during the school year, so we want to provide a time to get away with community and find restoration. Join us February 16-19th for winter camp this year to strengthen community, explore faith, have some fun, and find rest.
Mexico House Building Trip
It's that time of year again when we start preparing to transform lives on our annual house building trip. From March 25-30, 2018 we are making our way into the Mexico community to build houses that will turn into homes for two families. Check out the event page by clicking below for more details and to sign up! I promise, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss!
Every Tuesday from 6:30-7:30pm.
We highly value community here at SunHouse because we understand that its important to have people to celebrate life's great moments with or support us through its biggest struggles. The world sure can feel pretty big, making us feel small. BUT with community that helps us feel known we better understand our significance. Join us Tuesday nights for a mid-week connection with your SunHouse community.
